AND HOME SWEET HOME for 7 weeks. I went back to DPA for a month and slack for 2 weeks plus... which is abit short if you ask me...

Our flight (JS & Me) is a transfer flight. We stop over at Brisbane and yup... we got stuck there! The domestic flight from Brisbane to Newcastle had a little hiccups with the engines. We were told to wait in the plane for SOME time before it took off. Prior before that, the flight was delayed. We waited for an hour plus and got stuck in the plane... weeee.... lucky =.= Due to the delay, the happy cabby we book didnt manage to wait for us. We had to wait for another 3 hours plus in airport before we could come back to Newcastle. According to our initial schedule, we are suppose to reach Newcastle before 3pm and we are to clean out the mess in the house... but.... we ONLY manage to reach here at abt 11pm... omfg =.=

Back from Singapore to the kampong... hahaha... it's a sad place if u compare here to Singapore. There's no high rise in newcastle and the shops close real early. 5pm, for goodness sake! I love shopping and im proud to say it. But there's nothing to shop here unless u travel to Sydney. Anyway, our house got broken in. Washing machine, Modem, Vacuum Cleaner and the Microwave were stolen. WASHING MACHINE leh! darn heavy and yet the burglars chose to steal it. Im abit speechless regarding this break in. Anyway, lucky for us.. the doors to our room is safe enough hence the burglars didnt manage to break into our room (although they did try). The washing machine, vacuum cleaner and the microwave were replaced and now we have a missing modem. Life without a modem is sad, REAL SAD. I had to come out of my warm room and to the living room to tap into the school network. Lucky for us, we are only a road across the school, and tapping into the school network is possible although it's a very weak signal. Aussie is cold.... COLD and COLD.... liew... and did I mention that we just receive our electrical bill... it's a sadist $680+ bill for 3 months... and to think we are in Singapore for a month... T_T

Site visit on the 1st day of school and we are suppose to build a museum this first half of the semester. We had a "class excursion" to the art museums in Sydney on the 2nd week. Area 51 peeps (minus rocky) decided to stay over Sydney during the weekends. It happens that Amanda, Jennifer, Christy and Effendy are not going back to newcastle with the bus (but they are nt staying over). We had Pancakes on the Rock... and it's d-e-l-i-c-i-o-u-s!!! Angie and I shared a Blackforest pancake... chocolate pancake with chocolate icecream and cherry... and that is loveeeeeeee~

We went over to Blondi Beach the next morning.... had the famous Hurricane's porkrib... oh... and I manage to bought a cheap-and-yet-pretty-heels for Singapore 44th Birthday Party... hahaha... It also happens that there is this bazzar going on.. bought 2 tops for $14... wahahha...

Celebrated Singapore's Birthday... and we had buffet dinner... Sang the National Anthem and we took the pledge too. Im proud to say, I remember my songs and anthems..! A pity that there's no LIVE broadcast of Singapore National Day... else it will be nice...
